SHIPPING, RETURNS & POLICIES

We take pride in delivering high-quality products and a seamless experience. Please review the following policies prior to placing your order.

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is available within Canada.

Flat rate shipping within Ontario is $25 per order on most individual items. Shipping rates for large items such as Spray Tan Starter Kits and Equipment will be calculated and invoiced within 24 business hours.

Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to redirect orders once they have been shipped. Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information will be the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are subject to availability and payment verification. During sale and holiday periods, processing times may be extended.

Orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, or remote locations may experience longer delivery times.

Each order may only be shipped to one address. For multiple shipping destinations, separate orders must be placed.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final once an order has been placed. We do not offer cancellations or refunds for change of mind.

If a cancellation is approved at our discretion prior to order processing, a 4% processing and administration fee will be deducted to cover non-refundable transaction costs and order handling.

Orders that have already been processed or shipped are not eligible for cancellation and must follow our return policy.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If there is an issue with an item you’ve purchased, please contact us to arrange a return or exchange.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery date.

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It can take up to 25 days for a returned item to reach us. Once received, please allow 2–3 business days for inspection and processing, and an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if items do not meet our return criteria.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used spray tan solutions

  • Personal use items

  • Digital products, training, or downloadable materials

  • Clearance or sale items

EQUIPMENT & STARTER KITS

Equipment and starter kits must be unused and in original packaging to be eligible for return. Any equipment that has been used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

EQUIPMENT WARRANTY (FUJI SPRAY)

All Fuji Spray equipment includes a one (1) year manufacturer’s warranty.

All warranty claims, repairs, and technical support must be handled directly through Fuji Spray. Priceless Beauty does not process manufacturer warranty claims.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been marked as delivered, Priceless Beauty is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location.
