Use a clarifying shampoo to remove any product buildup, oils, or residue.
Skip the conditioner—you want your roots to be clean and slightly grippy so your extensions hold better.

Avoid applying any leave-in conditioner, oil, mousse, or heat protectant after washing. Your hair should be totally product-free for the install.

Please come with your hair completely dry on the day of your appointment. Blow-dry it straight if possible, so we can clearly section and install with precision.

✅ 4. Detangle Thoroughly

Brush your hair from root to tip before your appointment to remove any tangles, especially at the root area. This makes the process smoother and more comfortable for you.

✅ 5. Skip Tight Hairstyles

Avoid buns, ponytails, or braids before your install. Hair needs to be in its natural fall so we can properly assess the partings and ensure perfect placement.
